It is the fourth time that Fotoruszenie appears in Jelenia Góra streets.  Vernissages, exhibitions, open airs, meetings, wine, discussions till the dawn…It is all worth being snapped in the lens, being locked in a camera space so that later it can be transformed into a memory. Therefore, I invite you to take part in the contest which title is:

„The contest for the most interesting photographic documentary of fotoruszenie 2011”

The result of the contest, apart from the prizes, will be the exhibition of the rewarded works that will take place in Książnica Karkonoska in Jelenia Góra in February 2012, and also in the Regional Research Library in Liberec in March 2012.

It is an open contest and anyone eager can take part in it (no matter the age), except for the participants of the fotoruszenie fourth edition. Contest photographs will be assessed by the jury consisting of five members.

• the contest lasts: 01 – 15.10.2011
• deadline for works:  31.10.2011
• place of submitting works: JCIiER Książnica Karkonoska, 27 Bankowa Street, 2nd  floor – administrative office (sekretariat), with the annotation "fotoruszenie 2011"
• number of photographs: max. 10 pieces (there can be single photographs or they can be in sets – the sum of all the provided photos – max. 10 pieces)
• the provided works need to be in a form of printed photos, 15x21 in size, and also in a form of digital files, 2000x3000 pixels in size, recorded on a CD. They should be JPG files. 
• photographs can be colourful or black and white
• photographs should be delivered in a closed, labelled envelope together with the enclosed application form

• in the picture you just  need to put a number of the photo and mark it with your „emblem”
• photographs provided for the contest become the property of JCIiER Książnica Karkonoska, therefore they won’t be returned
• by signing the application form, authors of the works state that they have full copyrights of the provided photos and that they own the consent of the third party to use their image
• the participant agrees to their personal data being processed by the  organizer, for the purposes limited to the contest and exhibition only
• the outcome of the contest and the prizes presentation will take place on 6th  December 2011 in the conference room in Książnica Karkonoska, 3rd floor, 5pm.
